One on One Personal Training

One on one personal training is designed for the individual that is not ready for group classes or might not have the knowledge or motivation to workout alone. The workout will be discussed with your trainer to discuss what is best to help you achieve your goals. One on one training can be a short-term plan to get you ready to join classes or a long-term goal to keep you on track.

 

Note all classes are coach led and will be modified to the level of the participants fitness and medical needs.
